This Dual Qualification Certificate III in Health Support Services (HLT33215) and Certificate III in Competitive Systems and Practices (MSS30316) is suited for staff working in food safety, cleaning, and or laundry. This course is designed to provide you with a wide range of skills to apply in a healthcare setting. During the course you also will be coached how to apply efficient processes and systems in your workplace through Lean principles. You will gain knowledge in process improvement, how to change inefficient procedures and to work effectively in a team environment.
